Daily Activities
Residents at Rathveen Nursing Home are free to take part in many of the daily activities which we run in the home, from the simple pleasures such as enjoying meals prepared by our in house chefs to gentle exercise or hobbies of special interest. Activities include the following:

- Walk around the gardens of our home.

- Poetry and Quizzes.
- Art and Crafts Groups.

- Film Club and classic screenings.
- Baking, Knitting, and Gardening/Flower arrangements.

- Mass, Rosary and other religious services.
- Passive and mobility exercises.

- Mass at the local Parish Church.
- Wheel Chair Association parties and social gatherings.

Parties and Social Gathering
We actively encourage our residents to share with friends and relatives their birthdays and special occasions which we are delighted to cater for at our home.
From celebrating special events such as Christmas, and Easter, to shopping days out, St Patrick's Day and annual occasions like Mother's Day and Father's Day.
